• Usage data — basic logs and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use information to provide and improve the Service, run analyses you request, process payments, communicate with you about your account, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share limited information with vendors who help us run the Service, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Apify — collecting publicly available post data from third-party platforms.
• OpenAI — generating transcripts and summaries from that public content.
• Neon & Vercel — database hosting and application hosting.

Third-party public data

To provide analyses, the Service processes publicly available information from platforms such as Instagram. This data is used to generate the research outputs you request and is associated with your account.
