Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wasabee (the "Service"), operated by DiamondBoys("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wasabee helps you research publicly available short-form video content — organizing publicly visible posts, view counts, and derived summaries so you can analyze what performs well. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old. You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of anyone who is barred from using it.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. Prices may change on prospective notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product; or (d) use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe others. You are solely responsible for how you use content and insights obtained through the Service.

5. Third-party data & platforms

The Service surfaces publicly available information from third-party platforms (such as Instagram). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms. Your use must comply with the applicable platform's own terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service and all related software, branding, and content we provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondBoys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
